2013 Custom Boats Dyson 22

This is an opportunity to purchase a one of a kind race boat designed By Dave Hollom of international 14 fame with sail plan and sails designed and manufactured by Flying 15 multiple world champion and sail maker Steve Goucher. Running rigging fit out designed by Flying 15 rigger Phil Evans. The boat was designed as a project for the owner / builder which has resulted in a one off craft which is both pleasing to the eye and fast.

Comes with a Bison electric outboard and Keels on Wheels 2 wheeled trailer.

Construction

Built using Western Red Cedar and epoxy coating throughout. Lifting ballasted fin / bulb keel (200kg) and spade rudder with tiller steering.

Engine

Bison 40'/LB thrust electric outboard new 2022 powered by a single 12V battery (2019).

Sails and Rigging

Bermudan sloop with carbon mast and spars and stainless wire standing rigging.

The sail inventory includes:

• Dacron Max Power Main by Goacher (7years old) - said to be in "good condition"
• Dacron reduced power Main by Goacher (3 years old) - said to be "excellent"
• Dacron Jib by Goacher (7years old) - said to be in "good condition"
• Heavy weather Jib
• Conventional Spinnaker by Goacher - said to be in "good condition"
• Asymmetric Spinnaker by Goacher - said to be in "OK condition"
