2012 Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 33i
£52,950
The Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 33 I joined Jeanneau’s long running Sun Odyssey line in 2008. At 32 feet 7 inches overall, with a 30 foot waterline and 10 foot 11 inch beam, she fits genuine cruising accommodation and a sporty rig into a modest pocket cruiser footprint. She’s simple by design, without giving up useful space below. Commissioned new onto Windermere and with just one owner the 33i is ideal as an uncomplicated family cruiser with engaging sailing performance.

Rig and Handling
The fractional sloop rig is a sporty 19/20ths arrangement with two sets of swept spreaders and puts the 33 I toward the lively, rather than sluggish, end of the cruiser spectrum.
She is credited with intuitive handling and light, reactive wheel steering. The fractional rig and swept spreaders contribute to a gratifyingly nimble feel under way. All sail-handling functions are within easy reach from the spacious cockpit, which gives the crew room to work the controls comfortably.
Slab reefing Mainsail with Lazy Jack bag and roller furling Genoa, both original to boat.
Accommodations
Below, the inviting interior combines quality trimmings with a comfortable, spacious saloon. Double cabins lie fore and aft, while the amidships settees can sleep two people. Each comfortable cabin has large hanging lockers and numerous portholes offering a view of the sea.
The open, practical galley makes a decent workspace. The fully equipped heads and shower compartment is a good size, she has pressurised hot and cold water to both galley and heads. A true, fully functional chart table is also fitted. Altogether the interior layout is well suited to coastal and weekend cruising.
