CONSTRUCTION:

Built in 2001. GRP construction with double skin providing unsinkability, white topsides

and superstructure, fin keel with bulb, twin rudders on transom, self draining aft cockpit

with tiller steering and 4 berth internal layout with good sitting headroom, Bermudan sloop

rig.

SAILS and RIG:

Slab reefing mainsail (Doug Seaden 2015) with mainsail halyard, Plastimo furler (2015)

with furling Jib (Doug Seaden 2015). Elvstrom stack pack mainsail cover & lazyjacks

(2015), sail bags. Spare original mainsail & jib by Elvstrom. All lines led aft, alloy mast and

boom and stainless steel standing rigging. Running rigging renewed 2015.

ENGINE:

Mariner 6hp 4 stroke outboard motor on transom (2015) with charging.

ELECTRICS:

One 12 volt 85 amp/hr new battery. Main switch panel and 12 volt charging socket. Main 12

volt interior light with addition 12 volt light in forepeak.

DECK GEAR:

Stainless steel split pushpit, pulpit and guardwires, alloy toe rail, removable Etap stern mast

support (for use during transport), adjustable backstay, rod kicker, removable mainsheet

traveller with Harken traveller car, Etap bowsprit with pin for anchor, 2 Lewmar H12 single

speed winches on coachroof, stainless steel boarding ladder, tiller steering with twin

rudders, spade A40 anchor with warp, various mooring warps and fenders, 2 Lewmar winch

handles, aluminium ensign staff and ensign, cockpit table (stows in cabin under cockpit

floor).

NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT:

Plastimo bulkhead compass with backlight, hand held compass, Raymarine ST40 bi-data

speed and depth, windvane at masthead, radar reflector, clock and barometer, navigation

light, steaming light, tri colour masthead light and anchor light.

SAFETY GEAR:

Manual fire extinguisher.

DOMESTIC EQUIPMENT:

Her galley has a stainless steel sink with cold water from 2 x 10 litre Jerry cans, gas cooker

(2015). There is a Porta Potti chemical toilet in the forepeak. upholstery was renewed in

2015.

ACCOMMODATION:

There are 4 berths including a double “V” berth in the forepeak and 2 single settee berths

port and starboard.

TRAILER:

Single axle galvanised West Mersea road trailer weighing approx 450kgs. Trailer has never

been immersed in salt water.

REMARKS:

In 2015, the following was purchased:

New engine, new furler, new mainsail and jib, stack pack and

lazyjacks, plus new upholstery & cooker.

Her outboard is winterised and stored inside each year, and Gent is wintered ashore each year and launched with new anti fouling in the Spring.
