1998 Beneteau First 210 Spirit

The Beneteau First 210 is the first generation of the hugely successful Beneteau 21 series. Still a popular choice as a step up from dinghy sailing with great performance and the space below to use it as a weekender.

Interior Features

The open plan interior has a good sized V berth double and 2 good length single quarter berths. Currently set up for club racing, there is no galley equipment on board but there is a new porta potti loo.

Hull and Keel

The GRP hull is finished in Blue gelcoat with White non-slip decking. Heavy ballasted swing keel (0.70m to 1.80m draft). Twin rudders with tiller steering.

Engine and Power

Powered by a Yamaha 2.5hp outboard last serviced in 2022. A single 12V battery provides domestic power.

Sail Inventory

Rigged with a fixed forestay there is a larger than usual sail wardrobe which includes:

• Pentax Mainsail by North Sails (2019) - said to be in "good condition"
• No 1 hank on Jib by North Sails (2013) - said to be in "good condition"
• Laminated Mainsail by Goacher (2011) - said to be in "OK condition"
• Spinnaker with tapered sheets - said to be in "OK condition"
• Mainsail by Elvstrom - said to be in "well used condition"
• Genoa by Elvstrom - said to be in "well used condition"
