1995 Beneteau First 210 Spirit

She is rigged as a Bermudan sloop with a deck stepped mast. The mast and the standing rigging (stainless wire) were new in 2015. The foresail is on a roller reefer, the mainsail slab reefs and furls into a lazy jack bag. She is rigged for a spinnaker.

Her pivoting swing keel adjusts draft from 0.70m to 1.80m, making it perfect for shallow water or trailering. The twin rudders provide excellent control, even when heeled.

The open-plan layout eliminates a traditional fixed bulkhead to maximize the perception of space. It features a double V-berth forward and two settee/quarter berths aft, comfortably accommodating two adults or a small family for weekend camp-cruising.

Two years ago she was fitted with an E propulsion Spirit 1 electric outboard with remote controls.

The cabin head liners were replaced this year.

There is a 2 wheel trailer that needs some attention which has been used as a yard trailer with potential to return to road use.

There is a tender, a Suzimar dingy with a 2.2 Suzuki outboard.

She has navigation lights which, at the moment, do not work.
