Construction:
GRP construction with a fin keel (1.40m draft), transom hung rudder with tiller steering.
Mechanicals:
Powered by a Mercury 8hp outboard motor mounted in a well on the starboard side of the cockpit. A single 12V battery provides service power and charges via a solar charger. Shore power connection for 240V appliances.
Rigging and sails:
Fractional Bermudan Sloop with deck stepped alloy mast and spars and stainless wire standing rigging. Slab reefing Mainsail with sail coat and roller furling Genoa with UV strip. Both sails are said to be in "good condition".
Accommodation:
Roomy accommodation for a boat this length with 4 berths. Aft double berth and 2 x single berths in the open plan saloon. Central table with a folding leaf, chart table to starboard and galley to port. 2 burner hob plus single burner hob running on meths and gas, single stainless sink with manual pumped cold water, icebox, stowage. The separate heads is fitted with a Port-a-Potti chemical toilet and handbasin with manual cold water. A boom tent extends the covered living space.
