Accommodation

Large and spacious below decks with a layout that feels like a much larger craft. Sleeps 5 persons with ease with a large double aft cabin, double cabin in fore peak and large single in the main saloon. This saloon berth is capable of sleeping two persons if required. The saloon is entered from the cockpit via the companionway steps. The aft cabin is to starboard aft and the heads compartment with marine toilet and sink is to port. The sea toilet was new in 2011 and a holding tank was added at the same time.

Good sized galley on starboard side mid ships featuring a gimballed gas oven with 2-burner hob and grill. Stainless steel sink with pressurised fresh water via faucet, top loading cool box and plentiful storage for utensils and provisions.

Heads with Jabsco sea toilet, vanity unit with basin and new faucet. There is ample stowage and workspace within the comfortable saloon with generous U-shaped seating covered in blue patterned fabric and a centrally mounted drop-leaf table for dining.

Chart table with drawer and storage under and light. Teak stripped floorboards. There are elements of sagging side and headlinings that require attention and the cabin sole boards are badly marked and would benefit from re-furbishment - these have all been reflected in the price.

Comments

This is a good example of this well finished yacht. The interior is well lit and is in good condition having teak veneered panelling, doors and joinery. It is well planned, well detailed and provides exceptional accommodation for the size of the boat. The rear cabin is of generous size and has a panorama window at water level in the transom. There is room for improvement cosmetically regarding the saloon sole boards, head and side linings.
