She is built as a heavy long-keel double-ender with a pilothouse offering a second internal steering position. The hull and deck are both fibreglass construction, and the deck itself is a sandwich construction that improves the indoor climate. She has had epoxy treatment in 2015.
She carries a masthead sloop rig. The mast is keel stepped and the rigging is stainless steel wire. The foresail is on a roller reefer and the mainsail furls in mast. The mainsail is quite old and needs attention or replacing.
For a 27-footer, she offers a genuinely generous interior. The layout provides five berths, a galley, and toilet facility, arranged across two cabins. Both settee berths in the saloon can convert to doubles, and the forecabin carries a V-berth with infill to make a double, giving real flexibility for a cruising couple or small family.
She had a new canopy cover, winter cover and skylight cover in April 2024, a new Beta 25 engine in 2021 and a new stern gland in August 2024. the engine was serviced 22/07/25.
