Built in Hungary in the mid 70’s, this 25 footer has 4 berth accommodation ina forecabin and two saloon berth layout. Galley area with pull out hob and heads compartment with chemical toilet suited to lake use. Sheltered cockpit with lines led aft to helm for easy sailing. Bilge keel (1.20m draft). This vessel benefits from a 2021 Honda 5hp outboard but does require work to bring it back into tidy condition.

Construction
GRP constructed yacht with navy blue hull. Large self bailing cockpit with lockers to rear giving access to gas locker and fuel tank. Additional storage locker on port side. Locker tops finished in wooden slats.
Shoal draft bilge keel (1.2m draft) and counter hung rudder with tiller steering.
Mechanicals
Powered by a Honda 5hp outboard (2021)
12V battery system with single battery installation providing domestic power. Battery recharged via the solar panel.
Sails and Rigging
Sloop rigged yacht with aluminium deck stepped mast with stainless steel standing rigging. All lines led aft to cockpit for short handed sailing. Coach roof mounted halyard winches and genoa sheet winches aft all within easy reach of helm. Slab reefing Mainsail and hank-on foresails.

Accommodation and layout
Four berth cruising yacht with two, single settee berths in saloon and additional 2 berths in fore cabin. Removable saloon table for dining. Midships stainless steel sink with hand pumped fresh water faucet. Two burner gas hob with grill that slides under the cockpit moulding to save space. Chart table aft on port side with electric panel.
Forward of saloon bulkhead is the heads compartment currently fitted with a chemical toilet for lake use. The heads door when fully opened closes off the forward cabin for privacy. There is a small wardrobe and storage beneath the berths and above the galley.
Inventory
Well equipped yacht ideal for lake and coastal cruising. There is a DSC radio but it isn't connected as this equipment is not required on the lake.
