This Beneteau Oceanis 323 was commissioned onto Windermere in 2006. The boat has been lightly used and for the past 5 years has been in storage ashore. In good condition inside and out it just needs a new owner to take to the water once more. Comfortable accommodation for 6 adults in a 2 cabin and saloon berth layout. L shape galley with gas oven and hob and top loading fridge. Diesel cabin heating. Pivoting wheel improves access through the cockpit and the shoal draft keel (1.45m) is well suited to Lake and coastal settings.

Construction

Designed by Groupe Finot with a GRP hull in white with blue lines and white superstructure and decks. Shallow Fin Keel (1.45m) with spade rudder and wheel steering. Patented pivoting steering wheel gives better access through the cockpit.

Mechanicals

Yanmar 3YM20 21hp Inboard Diesel Engine driving a 3-blade fixed prop. 65-litre fuel tank and 160-litre fresh water tank and 22-litre Calorifier heated by engine or 240v shore power. 2 x batteries charged from the engine.

Rigging and Sails

Bermudan sloop 9/10ths rig with deck-stepped aluminium mast and spars. Stainless steel standing rigging and Terylene running rigging. Mainsheet traveller. Lazy Jack bag for slab reefing mainsail and furling headsail.

Accommodation

6 berths in a two-cabin layout, with large double berth in the fore cabin with infill, large double in the aft cabin and two single berths in the saloon. The galley has an Eno gas hob/oven, stainless steel sink with pressurised hot and cold water, electric fridge cool box and plenty of storage. Programmable Eberspacher blown air diesel cabin heating. Central saloon table with 2 folding leaves. The heads has a shower with teak seat, washbasin and wet locker hanging area, sea toilet with holding tank.
