2008 Model Bayliner 285, launched from new onto Windermere in the Spring of 2009. 6 berths including a separate aft cabin. Features Arctic White decks with deep blue hull topsides, bathing platform, air conditioning / heating, electric heads and North Star Navigation package. Engine has low hours usage (approx' 180 hours) and was last serviced in January 2018. All canopies replaced in Spring 2014.
GRP constructed motor yacht with planing hull. Arctic White superstructure and deck moulding with hi-gloss deep blue band on hull topsides. All walkways and foredeck in moulded non slip for safety. Stainless steel railings around foredeck.
Bathing platform with boarding ladder, large self bailing cockpit with full enclosure and removable carpet. Large seating area to starboard with removable wooden cockpit table. Back rest of forward most seat section pivots so that the seat becomes a co-pilot seat when travelling.
Toughened glass windscreen with hinged central section allowing access to foredeck for anchoring or sunbathing. Integral anchor locker in bow with electric windlass. Stainless steel stem head fitting with integral roller keeps ground tackle away from the bow. Spot light fitted.

Vessel powered by the popular Mercruiser MAG 350 MPI inboard petrol engine. This 300hp V8 provides excellent acceleration and is happy cruising all day at 25 knots. Engine has around 180 hours of use and was last serviced in 2015. Bravo III outdrive with stainless steel duo props.
Engine housed beneath the cockpit floor in a huge space that allows easy access for daily checks and servicing. Three battery installation with isolator switch. Batteries recharged via the engine alternators or the battery charger when attached to shore power. Anodes renewed in 2015.

Accommodation and layout
Saloon entered from the cockpit via companionway hatch. Two steps down into main saloon with excellent standing headroom. To starboard is the large heads compartment with electric sea toilet, macerator and holding tank, shower with pressurised hot and cold water. Water heater via emersion heater.
Behind on the port side is the aft cabin with privacy door and double berth. Opening ports to cockpit allow light and ventilation.
Returning to main saloon you will find the well equipped galley to the port side. There is a duel fuel two burner hob, stainless steel sink with pressurised hot and cold water, solid surface counter tops, microwave oven, fridge and plentiful storage. A television, fitted in 2016, is mounted above the galley area.
Opposite the galley is the dining area with central table. This can sit 4 comfortably and also drops down to make a double berth. In the bow is another double berth with opening deck hatch above.
Air conditioning with reverse cycle heating help keep the boat comfortable whatever the time of year.
The cabin has 2 x CO2 alarms.
Vessel is fitted with 12V lighting, 220V sockets.
